May 30/09 Snuggie Diversity comes to CHFC

Yesterday was another booth day. And to find some sort of excitment, we pulled out the Snuggies again.
Prior to last years AGM of CHAC, the board of my co-op sent a letter expressing concern over the budget cuts to the diveristy committe, it’s terms of reference, and a few other things. They basically told us to piss off in nice words.
Last year, never have I heard the word diversity more in my life.
This year they made a diversity booth, and with it a box of custume-y things in it to wear and have your photo taking the “I heart Diverstiy” sign.

So of course I had to check it out, and nothing says diversity better than a Snuggie. I made them dress me and then take the photo.
I know, it leaves you all rather speechless.
You are the only one I know who can pull it off with such glamour. Is there nothing you won’t do to keep your D-List status alive. You go girl.
Is it OK if I do not understand what AGM, CDFC or snuggies stands for?
Most people don’t know what CHFC is, AGM is a frequently used acronym Annual General Meeting, or AGA in French for Assemblée Générale Annuelle. And a Snuggie is what I’m wearing.
